The ideal candidate holds a BS HRM or any Bachelor's Degree and has at least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Shift Manager with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance.

• Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges.
• Track daily costs and revenues.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

We are looking for an experienced SHIFT MANAGER to be assigned at our AYALA MALLS SOUTHPARK "Samgyupsalamat" Branch.

Responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.
