Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation’s Luisita 3 facility seeks a Shift Engineer to manage engineering operations for MEPFS and HVAC, with a frontline role supporting tenants on technical and administrative needs.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 1-2 years in commercial building upkeep, and is ready to work onsite on a shifting schedule at Robinsons Offices locations in Luisita, Tarlac.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• 1-2 years of experience in engineering operations, repair, and maintenance in commercial or office buildings.
• Knowledge of building systems: electrical substations and power plants, HVAC systems, elevators and escalators, water distribution and sewage treatment, and fire detection/alarm/protection systems.
• Willing to work onsite and across Robinsons Offices locations within Luisita, Tarlac.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and maintenance of MEPFS and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with tenants on technical and administrative requirements.
• Review fit-out plans for compliance with Construction and Fit-out Guidelines.
• Implement energy conservation measures and monitor utility consumption trends.

Job description

Role Mission

As a Shift Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices' buildings and equipment, specifically MEPFS and HVAC systems. Apart from your technical skills, you will also play as a front liner in coordinating and assisting our tenants on both technical and administrative requirements, reviewing and ensuring compliance of fit-out plans with the approved Construction and Fit-out Guidelines, implementing energy conservation measures and analyzing utility consumption trends, ensuring timely recording and processing of tenant utilities charging, compliance with the 52-week calendar through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and supervising third-party technicians and other contracted maintenance providers.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• 0-2 years of experience in engineering operations, repair, and maintenance in commercial or office buildings
• Technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, including electrical substations and power plants, HVAC systems, elevators and escalators, water distribution and sewage treatment systems, as well as fire detection, alarm, and protection systems
• Extremely dependable, creative and innovative, and with sense of ownership
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule at any Robinsons Offices location within Luisita, Tarlac
