Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer to uphold the safety and efficiency of hotel engineering systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building services to ensure guest comfort.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, inspecting facilities, and coordinating with AV technicians for event needs while maintaining records and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical course.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• At least 1 year of engineering or maintenance experience in hotel, resort, commercial building, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Monitor operation of air-conditioning units, public area equipment, and engineering systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests to minimize guest disruption.
• Coordinate with AV technicians for events and ensure engineering requirements are met.
• Rectify out-of-order rooms and complete work orders within service standards.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and safety inspections.
