Job summary

Qualiblend, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee the smooth production flow and maintenance of equipment in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with willingness to work a shifting schedule. You will supervise production schedules and personnel, monitor raw materials and spare parts, ensure reports are complete, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of production engineering experience in food/manufacturing.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation and ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain and improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Supervise production schedules, operations, and personnel.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and spare parts.
• Ensure reports are complete and properly completed.
• Perform other tasks related to the Production Department.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Production Engineer in any food manufacturing industry

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
