Job summary

EnerZones is seeking an entry-level SHES Specialist to execute and monitor SHES programs on site at Subic Enerzone. You will act as Safety Officer, Pollution Control Officer, and Security Officer, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental laws, and asset protection while supporting investigations and audits.

You will perform OSH audits, risk assessments, training, and environmental program oversight, coordinating with authorities and safeguarding documentation under ISO IMS/ISMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder required.
• Registered Engineer (Electrical) preferred.
• SO3 Safety Officer eligibility required or eligible.
• Minimum 2 years SHES-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSH audits, risk assessments, site patrols, and safety trainings.
• Oversee clinic operations and related facilities.
• Serve as Pollution Control Officer for waste management.
• Lead investigations into incidents and compliance audits.
• Coordinate with government bodies for permits and reporting.
• Assist external authorities in emergency response and coordination.
