Job summary

BCS Technology International PTY LTD - Philippines ROHQ is seeking an experienced professional to assess and optimize its SharePoint Online and Teams environment. The role focuses on governance, information architecture, and site rationalisation to support migration and knowledge management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365, plus hands-on AvePoint experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong background in SharePoint governance, information architecture, and site rationalisation.
• Hands-on experience with AvePoint implementation and SharePoint migrations.
• Knowledge of retention, lifecycle, and information management.
• Experience supporting Copilot readiness, knowledge management, documentation, and handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current SharePoint and Teams environment.
• Define governance framework for SharePoint and Teams.
• Review and redesign information architecture.
• Rationalise and clean up SharePoint sites and Teams.
• Implement AvePoint and configure it.
• Enforce retention, lifecycle, and information management controls.
• Migrate intranet to SharePoint Online.
• Improve knowledge management to support Copilot adoption.
• Prepare documentation, handover and supporting model.
