Job summary

Nestlé Business Services in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Shared Services Associate in Accounts Payable (SSA). This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and openness to any shift.

Knowledge of SAP and MS Applications is a plus, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. The team delivers world-class business support to Nestlé colleagues globally, driving accuracy, reliability and continuous improvement in AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in Invoice Receiving & Sorting.
• Perform Invoice Processing.
• Ensure timely/accurate reporting during Period-End Close.
• Ensure KPIs are met.
• Investigate/resolving issues per markets’ requirements.
• Collaborate with Market/other Streams to resolve issues.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects.

A day in the life of...

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (Invoice Receiving & Sorting)
• Perform Invoice Processing
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as needed during Period-End Close
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Ensure that all issues are investigated/resolved according to the markets requirements
• Collaborate with Market/other Streams to resolve issues
