Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to design, manage and optimize marketing campaigns for global clients. You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty to deliver measurable value and revenue impact.

You will partner with client teams across marketing, sales and service to translate business goals into scalable programs, leveraging digital channels and data insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Overall 4+ years designing/managing marketing campaigns with at least 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty implementation.
• Preferably certified in SFMC/Data Cloud/Personalization/Pardot/Salesforce Loyalty.
• Experience with CRM, marketing software and real‑time decisioning is desirable.
• Strong understanding of how digital channels work together for a cohesive program.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns aligned to client goals.
• Develop business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
• Map platform capabilities to business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses.
• Collaborate with clients to translate goals into actionable marketing programs.
• Drive engagement with minimal supervision in a remote/global setting.
