Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Manila is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Leader to deliver backend SFCC developments and provide technical leadership to the development team.

This role blends hands-on SFCC work with code reviews, problem solving, and collaboration with global stakeholders, including the Paris team to advance AI-assisted delivery.

You will mentor peers, support production systems, and help shape the team’s capabilities through training and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years SFCC development experience.
• Experience as Senior SFCC Developer or Technical Lead.
• SFCC Developer Certification preferred.
• Strong SFCC (B2C Commerce) development experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain backend SFCC developments for client.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Review code to ensure quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with Paris team to enhance AI tool usage in delivery.
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing.
• Support production environments and troubleshooting.
