Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) developer to partner with business teams and deliver a robust ecommerce UX/UI experience. You will implement Core SFCC concepts, integrate 3rd party apps, manage multilingual stores, and work with internal and external stakeholders across projects.

The role involves developing cartridges, pipelines, and data integrations, while ensuring production readiness and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with SFCC programming concepts (OOP) and pipelines.
• Skilled with SFCC Script (DS), ISML, and Forms Framework.
• Proficient in SFRA, Business Manager, and Catalog/Promotions workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party apps and multilingual stores.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with data integration and content management.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical vision as a key business partner.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements for ecommerce UX/UI enhancements.
• Identify and resolve errors across the web experience.
• Participate in testing frameworks for unit, QA, end-user, and regression testing.
• Monitor order and catalog flow and scheduled jobs.
• Provide technical support of Commerce Cloud for the Direct to Consumer team.
• Contribute to large projects with internal and 3rd party resources.
• Coordinate with 3rd party agencies as technical contact.
• Provide development and production server environments to 3rd party agencies.
• Perform other related duties.

Responsibilities

• Key business partner to drive technical vision supporting business goals
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to deliver the desired ecommerce UX/UI experience and gather specifications for new enhancements and applicants
• Continuous identification and resolution of errors/bugs/issues throughout web experience
• Participate in testing framework for unit, quality assurance, end user, automated regression testing
• Monitor order flow, catalog flow, scheduled jobs, etc.
• Provides technical support of Commerce Cloud platform for the Direct to Consumer team
• Participate in development of large projects with internal and 3rd party resources
• Responsible for utilizing 3rd party agencies’ assets/modules and be their technical contact person
• Responsible for providing the development and production server environments to 3rd party agencies and outside developers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
