• Comfortable with client facing.
• Experience with SFCC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development processes and ensure alignment between requirements and technical execution.
• Assign tasks and defects to team members using predefined strategies.
• Keep team aligned on requirements, risks, and quality of the project.
• Ensure compliance with defined code review practices and document accordingly.
• Prepare discovery questions and participate in lead qualification meetings.
• Follow up on defects and integrate quality results into project plans.
• Coordinate with team to assess risks and impacts on the project.
• Mentor and coach team members and facilitate information sharing.
