Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Leader to deliver SFCC backend developments and provide technical leadership to the team.

The role blends hands-on SFCC work with code reviews, problem-solving, and collaboration with global stakeholders. You will help drive AI-enabled tooling and improve delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience.
• Previous experience in a Senior SFCC Developer or Technical Lead role.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Certification preferred
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce) development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain backend developments on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform for client.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the development team on SFCC topics.
• Review code and ensure best practices, quality standards, and platform guidelines.
• Participate in solution design discussions and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with the Paris technical team to improve AI tool usage for delivery and testing.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot orders, catalogs, integrations, and production support.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and coaching.
• Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to support projects.

Job description

The Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Leader will be responsible for delivering backend developments for client's eCommerce platform while providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

This role combines hands‑on SFCC development with team support, code reviews, technical problem‑solving, and collaboration with global stakeholders. The Technical Lead will also help drive the adoption of AI tools to improve development and testing processes and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain backend developments on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform for client.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the development team on complex SFCC topics and implementations.
• Review code and ensure development follows best practices, quality standards, and platform guidelines.
• Participate in solution design discussions and help resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with the Paris technical team to improve the use of AI tools for software delivery and testing.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes, automation, and engineering practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to orders, catalogs, integrations, scheduled jobs, and production support.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Supporting and mentoring team members through knowledge sharing and technical coaching
• Contributing to team capability development by identifying skill gaps and supporting training initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party partners to support project delivery.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience.
• Previous experience in a Senior SFCC Developer or Technical Lead role.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Certification preferred
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce) development

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production eCommerce environments.
• Familiarity with multilingual and multi‑site SFCC implementations.
• Experience with ReactJS, Composable Storefront, or Headless Commerce is a plus.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and source control tools.
