Job Responsibilities

• Mag-house to house visit sa Home Credit clients to negotiate and collect payments.
• Does door to door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints of client his/her outstanding balance.
• Meet company target for recoveries.

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.
