Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Metro Manila to design, develop, and maintain ITSM modules, integrations, and custom workflows. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of ServiceNow development experience, ITOM or SPM familiarity, and a ServiceNow certification. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential in this role at TEKsystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or ServiceNow Application Developer preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 1–3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM or SPM development.
• ServiceNow ITOM or SPM certifications preferred, but non-certified applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Create custom scripts and applications to meet specific business requirements; implement UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflow customizations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs and other methods.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure functionality and scalability; adhere to code quality and documentation standards.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
