Job summary

ERNI Schweiz AG is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD specialist in Manila to design, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions within ERP/IT structures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR services on the ServiceNow platform.

Key requirements include 3–5 years of HRSD/ITSM experience, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and proficiency with Flow Designer and service portal concepts. Hybrid work setup and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HRSD catalog items, record producers, and workflows.
• Configure HRSD components, including Lifecycle Events and criteria.
• Collaborate across teams, manage deployments across environments, and ensure quality releases.
