Job summary

CAI is seeking a System Administrator (HR Service Desk) to administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions. You will translate HR needs into scalable configurations, ensure security and reliability, and partner with HR and IT to deliver HR technology services onsite in Mandaluyong City.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow admin experience, CSA certification, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record of building catalogs, workflows, and integrations while

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• CSA certification or equivalent.
• Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions.
• Build service catalog items, record producers, workflows, and automation.
• Develop scripts using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
• Manage security (ACLs), roles, and data visibility for HR information.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor HRSD performance.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to align changes with governance standards.
