Job summary

Blaseek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, build, and implement AI capabilities within enterprise ServiceNow environments, focusing on Now Assist, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions. You will work across business units to integrate AI into workflows and deliver scalable automation.

The role requires hands-on development, configuration, and integration work, with strong JavaScript skills and a solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM.

Qualifications

• Around 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience with Now Assist and/or ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.
• Exposure to GenAI Skills, AI Agents, agentic workflows, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, or Virtual Agent.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development skills.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM.
• Enterprise integration experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
