Job summary

Smoothmoves Inc. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead development, configuration, administration and support across DEV/QA/PROD. You will work with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, and platform analytics, ensuring ITSM processes are implemented and integrated via REST/SOAP APIs.

A CSA or higher cert is required; strong English is essential. Hybrid work arrangement at Nuvali/Sta. Rosa Laguna area is preferred, with substantial focus on market analysis and forecasting for pricing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5-7 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
• Experience managing deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related ServiceNow integration tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Non-negotiable skills: market analysis, pricing, market data interpretation, benchmarking, and forecasting.

5-7 years of hands on experience ins ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
Experience managing deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script includes.
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog. and workflow automation.
Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related ServiceNow integration tools.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
