Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5-7 years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
• Experience deploying across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Non-negotiable skills: substantial experience in market analysis, pricing, market data interpretation, benchmarking, and forecasting.
• Willing to work hybrid at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa Laguna.

• 5-7 years of hands on experience ins ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, SAM Pro, HAM, SPM, or Platform Analytics.
• Experience managing deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog. and workflow automation.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related ServiceNow integration tools.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Non-negotiable skills: substantial experience in market analysis, pricing, market data interpretation, benhmarking, and forecasting could be prioritized.
• Willing to work hybrid at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa Laguna.
