Michael Page is partnering with a global chemicals and materials company seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Manila. The role focuses on incident resolution, platform maintenance, HR service delivery, and ITSM enhancements across a global scope.

You will configure workflows, implement integrations, develop dashboards, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, while advancing your ServiceNow skills through trainings and certifications offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, core tables, JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI development.
• Experience in HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management.
• Familiar with ITIL practices, security models, and compliance.
• CSA and/or CIS certifications are advantageous.

Job Description

• Support, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests within the ServiceNow environment.
• Perform system maintenance, enhancements, configuration updates, and issue remediation.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer processes, business rules, notifications, scheduled jobs, integrations, and data imports.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Maintain and enhance HR service delivery capabilities such as case management, knowledge management, employee portals, and agent workspaces.
• Develop and manage operational dashboards, reports, KPIs, KRIs, and performance metrics.
• Conduct testing activities and validate system changes before deployment.
• Support integrations with HR, procurement, master data, directory services, and related enterprise applications.
• Utilise APIs and integration tools to enable system connectivity and workflow automation.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, procedures, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in user testing, demonstrations, and end-user enablement activities.

The Successful Applicant

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, core tables, JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and UI development.
• Experience supporting HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management capabilities.
• Knowledge of HR service lifecycle processes, security models, and ITIL practices.
• Background in platform upgrades, optimisation, performance tuning, and compliance management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, Virtual Agent, Next Experience, Predictive Intelligence, and related platform capabilities.
• Understanding of data security, encryption standards, and information governance concepts.
• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is preferred.
