• Proven experience as a Machine Service Technician or similar role.
• Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Machine Service Technician or similar role.
• Excellent technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience with metal detectors, check weighers, and automated production lines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication to liaise with clients and provide technical guidance.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work on-site at client locations.
• Ability to travel to client sites for the majority of working time (75% or more).
• Technical/Vocational certification or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience with Metal Detector, check weigher and automated production lines is a plus points.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and provide technical guidance
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
