Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Operations Lead for our Philippines-based customer service team. You will oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and guide a team of advisors toward operational excellence.

You will train and mentor staff, resolve complex inquiries, and implement service-improvement initiatives while monitoring impact. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred
• At least 5 years of HVAC service experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, split type, chilled water) and service procedures
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and service management software

Requirements

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and service management software.
