The role collaborates with Customer Service, Aftersales and Operations, conducts regular counts, maintains records, and complies with safety and warehouse standards. Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in warehouse or inventory management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stocks, spare parts, and service-related items.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch items to service centers and internal teams as required.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of warehouse items.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Aftersales teams on stock requirements and urgent requests.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company warehouse standards.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
