Job description

The Service Operations professional is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day after-sales service operations to ensure efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of operational targets. The role involves monitoring service performance, analyzing operational data, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily after-sales service operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, performance reports, and service-related data.
• Coordinate with service centers, technicians, customers, and internal departments to address operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the implementation and improvement of service processes, policies, and operational standards.
• Handle service-related concerns and assist in resolving escalations through effective coordination and negotiation.
• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with service requirements and business objectives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
