Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Planning Professional to develop international demand plans for non-smartphone products and coordinate with regional teams and HQ. You will manage supply and demand, balance inventory across markets, and track progress against HQ strategy.

You will build and maintain planning tools, analyze regional data, and support pricing and commercial discussions for overseas projects. Fluency in English is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Job Description

1. Develop international market demand plans for non-smartphone products by coordinating with regional teams, Headquarters GTM, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments. Prepare annual and quarterly demand plans and rolling forecasts to maintain healthy local inventory levels.
2. Manage supply and demand by working closely with regional and Headquarters supply chain teams to resolve supply-demand issues and ensure a balanced product supply rhythm across assigned markets.
3. Conduct regional demand analysis and serve as the planning interface between regional teams and Headquarters. Regularly track product delivery progress, provide planning recommendations based on Headquarters strategy, and support regional planning with supply inputs.
4. Develop and maintain business operation tools for overseas markets, including business calculation models, quotation frameworks, pricing analysis, and sales discount strategies.
5. Support commercial discussions for overseas projects, including business terms, implementation of international trade policies, and other related commercial matters.
6. Monitor and manage sales execution pricing across overseas projects, and provide optimization recommendations based on market feedback.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Strong learning ability, data analysis skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.
3. Experience in consumer electronics, technology, or related industries is preferred.
4. Must be fluent in English and proficient in Chinese is an advantage.
