Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations including tellering, cashiering and ATM services in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.

You will be the chief custodian of cash, foreign currencies, and vault assets, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls, policies and government regulations.

Required is a 4-year degree and substantial branch operations experience, with willingness to work within the covered area of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Cashier in a commercial bank, or 5 years in Branch Banking Operations.
• Willing to be assigned within Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.

The position is primarily responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the Bank such as tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch.
• Ensures adherence to prescribed policies and procedures, internal control, regulatory provisions of government agencies and proper maintenance and control of cash vault and vault facilities.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• With at least three (3) years working experience as Assistant Cashier in a commercial bank , or has at least five (5) years work experience in Branch Banking Operations.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area: Cervantes, Ilocos Sur
