Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations, ensuring prompt service and compliance with bank standards.

You will assist the Branch Head in marketing products and services, supervise branch staff, help achieve financial targets and be amenable to movement within the covered area; onsite role.

• Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch
• Ensures secured and continued availability of ATM operations and assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transactions
• Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards of branch personnel under supervision
• Assists in achieving branch financial targets
• Amenable with movement within the covered area

Job Mandate:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch. Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the banks service standards and internal control. Responsible or the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Banks products and services.
