China Bank Group’s The District Imus Branch invites an experienced Service Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional client service in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will oversee New Accounts, Accounting, and Investment sections while supporting marketing initiatives and team development to meet branch targets and uphold bank standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree is required.
• 3–4 years in branch banking operations is preferred.
• Strong persuasion and marketing skills are essential.
• Service Quality Management expertise is valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities are expected.
