Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and maintain F&B quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure service levels align with F&B brand standards.
• Assist the manager to ensure proper functioning of all F&B service phases.
• Interact with guests and maintain high service standards.
• Motivate team members and maintain team spirit.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Contribute to guest, colleague, and owner satisfaction improvements.
• Support daily operations with forecasting, scheduling, and profitability evaluation.
• Take responsibility for restaurant look and atmosphere in partnership with the Service Manager.

Service Leader – Food and Beverage (Lobby Lounge)

As a Service Leader – Food and Beverage (Lobby Lounge), we rely on you to:

• Maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure guest service levels according to food and beverage brand standards
• Assist the manager in order to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in areas under manager’s control.
• Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standards
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Consistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
• Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.
