Job summary

Edsa Shangri-La Manila is seeking a Service Leader- Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel's engineering team, ensuring safe, reliable operations and preventive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.

You will coach technicians, manage maintenance programs, and coordinate with approved contractors to keep the resort running smoothly and to the highest international standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel engineering operations and maintenance.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and equipment records.
• Experience with international 5-star hotel group preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and supervise the engineering technicians
• Maintain electrical and mechanical plant & equipment of the hotel
• Manage the engineering programmes
• Organise the record for future planning
• Performs and updates preventive maintenance program on equipment as applicable otherwise coordinate with the activities of only approved maintenance contractors
• Provide assistance to hotel engineering issues
• Ensure a smooth, efficient daily operation in the Engineering department
• Ensures that all necessary repair work is carried out in the shortest possible time
