Job summary

Edsa Shangri-La Manila is seeking a Service Leader- Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel engineering team and oversee maintenance programs.

You will coach technicians, manage electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure timely repairs to support uninterrupted hotel operations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organization, and experience with international 5-star hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and supervise the engineering technicians.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical plant & equipment of the hotel.
• Manage the engineering programmes.
• Organise records for future planning.
• Coordinate with approved maintenance contractors.
• Provide assistance to hotel engineering issues.
• Ensure smooth, daily operation in the Engineering department.
• Ensure repair work is carried out in a timely manner.
