The Service Fulfillment Officer will be assigned to manage the health of the Elite and/or Core card under retail and/or corporate portfolio.

He/She would handle and resolve cases escalated from call center, branches, email and other units as well as entertain walk-in clients ensuring high level of customer satisfaction without compromising the Bank’s policies and profitability.
