Job summary

Convergint Asia Pacific is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide comprehensive security systems support and maintenance. You will troubleshoot, upgrade, and train on CCTV and access control systems while creating detailed AutoCAD diagrams and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires standing by for night shifts on a rotational basis and working under pressure to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in electronic, computer, automatization or mechanical engineering required.
• Experience in security systems with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV is required.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stand-by for night shifts on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to timely resolve client security system issues.
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations, and training.
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Build strong partnerships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the support and maintenance contract renewal.
• Adhere to company standards and policies within the designated region.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and address daily troubleshooting needs.
• Follow up on open technical issues until fully resolved.
• Own service-related issues after the External Hand Over by the Project team.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to timely resolve client's security system issues.

• Maintain the support & maintenance contract renewal.
• Ensure the excellence of services by strictly adhering to company standards and policies, service requests within the designated region.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and effectively address daily troubleshooting requirements.
• Thoroughly follow up on all open technical issues until the problems are fully resolved.
• Assume ownership of all service-related issues once the External Hand Over is completed by the Project team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV is a must.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability.
