Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant CCTV/security experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, and security system installation.
• Familiarity with IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, network switches, structured cabling, and access control devices.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and execution of CCTV and access control projects.
• Support site activities, including installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of security systems.
• Coordinate with project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

About the role

Our Company is seeking a Jr. Project Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will support the design, development, and implementation of electrical installation of CCTV & Access Control, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver innovative solutions for building automation and control systems. What you'll be doing

• Assist in the implementation and execution of CCTV and access control projects.
• Support site activities, including installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of security systems.
• Coordinate with project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues, delays, or technical concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure that project activities are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including installation reports, testing and commissioning reports, checklists, and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, equipment lists, and other technical documents.
• Maintain accurate records of project materials, equipment, and site activities.
• Provide regular updates on project status and technical concerns to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in identifying project requirements and potential technical issues.
• Coordinate with clients and other contractors as instructed by the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Assist in ensuring that materials and equipment are available and properly delivered to the project site.
• Monitor the proper handling, installation, and use of project equipment and materials.
• Ensure that installation and project activities comply with company standards, project specifications, and applicable safety requirements.
• Follow proper safety procedures and practices while working on project sites.
• Assist in conducting quality inspections and rectifying identified installation or system issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in CCTV, access control, networking, or security systems is an advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, and security system installation.
4. Familiarity with IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, network switches, structured cabling, and access control devices is an advantage.
5. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
6. Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
7. Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
