Job summary

BANH MI KITCHEN SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Trainer responsible for implementing a SMART Training program for QS Partners to ensure store employees are knowledgeable about the Do's and Don'ts in performing their duties and responsibilities, including serving customers efficiently and handling special requests.

Qualifications

• Finished high school or any vocational graduate.
• At least two (2) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity.
• Ability to multi-task and manage requests on a timely manner.
• With crowd management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer srvice prowess.
• Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

• Must be honest and truthful.
• Candidate must be willing to work around Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Implement SMART Training program for QS Partners to ensure employees deployed are knowledgeable on the Do's and Don'ts in performing their duties and responsibilities.
• Assist customers with their needs and special requests, ensuring service efficiency.
• Help meet assigned quotas and support training activities for new QS Partners as requested.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and safety procedures.
• Support on other operational activities as may be requested by the Operations Department.
