Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Service Crew to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience. You will contribute to the growth of the brand by maintaining standards across dining areas and counters.

We are looking for a SERVICE CREWmember who can provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive dining experience and contributing to our company's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counter, and surrounding areas.
• Set tables and clear trays promptly.
• Follow all service procedures and standards set by the company.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Head.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!
