Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a SERVICE CREW to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience across our branches nationwide.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, resolving concerns, maintaining cleanliness, setting tables, and following all service standards. You may be asked to assist the Immediate Head and work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime, graveyard, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service counter, and surrounding areas.
• Set tables and clear trays promptly.
• Follow service procedures and standards set by the company.
• Assist the Immediate Head with other tasks as assigned.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
