Job summary

JEBSEN AND JESSEN TECHNOLOGY PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure maintenance activities are well-planned, scheduled, and executed on site.

You will collaborate with maintenance technicians, operations, and engineering to deliver preventive maintenance and handle emergency calls efficiently. You will coordinate service engineers, manage quotes, parts, and records, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong customer rapport.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, scheduling and deployment skills.
• Experience handling Service Technicians (After Sales), preventive maintenance.
• Must be a graduate of Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related course.
• Must have experience in handling customers.
• Has experience with Material Handling Equipment and Rental (Forklift, Cranes, Gondola, Lift Truck, Aerial Work Platform, Dock Levelers, Car Parking Systems, Building Maintenance Systems, Hand Pallet Trucks)
• Willing to work in Bicutan Paranaque.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment of technicians on site for preventive maintenance.
• Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities.
• Assist service engineers in quoting for service repairs and parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance, equipment condition and costs.
• Work with operations to plan equipment modifications and upgrades.
• Verify warranty coverage and develop repair estimates.
• Procure and monitor maintenance supplies and parts.
• Coordinate PDI request, execution and scheduling.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Contribute to maintenance policies and best practices.

Job description

Summary

Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are well-planned and executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They work closely with other maintenance technicians as well as operations and engineering teams to schedule regular preventive maintenance and handle emergency calls onsite.

Responsibilities

• Strong planning skills on deployment of manpower (technicians) on site for preventive maintenance activities
• Developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders
• Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities
• Coordinate and assist service engineers and/or immediate superior in quoting for service repairs, recommending parts, monitoring work in progress and following up on parts orders and service jobs.
• Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
• Working with Service Sales Engineer and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage, develop estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
• Procuring and monitoring of necessary maintenance supplies of parts and consumables.
• Receiving of PDI request form, execution and scheduling.
• Working with vendors and contractors as needed
• Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
