Duties and Responsibilities
Perform regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing of equipment, tools, and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Conduct troubleshooting for engine, transmission, brake, suspension, air system, and electrical issues
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
Following manufacturer repair standards and safety procedures
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment when required.
Maintaining customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacement.
Report major equipment issues and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Ensure proper handling, use, and safekeeping of tools and equipment.
Comply with company policies, safety rules, and site-specific regulations.
Coordinate with Site Coordinator, Mechanics, or Supervisors regarding equipment status and work schedules.
Assist in inventory monitoring of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
College Diploma Course
1-2 years experience
Required Skills / Competencies:
Attention to detail (critical skill)
Automotive technical knowledge
Documentation and report writing
Driver's License
Reporting to: Service Supervisor and Operations Manager
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
