Job summary

EPTA Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is seeking a Service Center Support Specialist to join our Service Department in the Philippines.

The role centers on receiving and organizing service documents, coordinating with the Warehouse team on spare parts, and maintaining precise records. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least one year of admin or logistics experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities are required.
Excellent documentation and filing skills are essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with technicians, warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Experience with service reports, work orders, or inventory records is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and organize service documents submitted by technicians.
Coordinate with Warehouse on spare parts requests, availability, and releases.
Maintain accurate records of service reports, parts transactions, and related documentation.
Monitor and follow up on pending documents, service reports, and parts requests.
Assist in preparing reports and administrative requirements for the Service Department.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Service Team.
Provide Debit Notes, quotations, and invoicing as needed.
