Job summary

Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems in the Philippines.

The role involves servicing units according to the Service Manual, recommending repairs, and ensuring safety and compliance during all maintenance activities. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in commercial refrigeration, knowledge of refrigeration/air-conditioning tech, blueprint reading, tool operation, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Engineering degree.
At least 1 year of working experience in commercial refrigeration.
Required skills include refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, the ability to read blueprints and layouts, and operation of tools and machines.

Responsibilities

Refers to the Service Manual to guide standards and best practices.
Identifies and recommends repairs or replacement of units; provides solutions to clients.
Performs corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance services and reports.
Complies with safety policies and PPE requirements.
Submits Service Reports and documents to clients and Service Center.
Coordinates with Warehouse regarding material requisition and return.
Performs other duties to accomplish goals.
