Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. in Tuguegarao (Pengue) is seeking a Service Advisor to communicate with customers about repair needs and relay information to the service workshop. You will respond to customer questions and help improve first-time repair rates during the service process.

The role involves tracking repair progress, confirming pre-delivery status, and coordinating with technicians to align diagnosis results and repair orders. Training, 6S, and customer satisfaction are core objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related employment experience.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Must have a valid Driver's License for four-wheeled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Track vehicle repair progress and coordinate changes in delivery timing to customers.
• Carry out pre-delivery confirmation to customers' vehicles before delivery.
• Explain walk-around inspection results to customers and propose required repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to align vehicle diagnostics results.
• Monitor open Repair Orders to ensure timely closure and service targets.
• Attend mandatory MAPVI Service Advisor trainings and certifications.
• Maintain 6S in the workplace.

What is this role about?

This role will communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relay information to service workshop. This person will also be responsible in answering customer questions and handling problems that arise on customer vehicles during the service process. This role is also responsible for customer satisfaction and improving the first-time repair rate

What will YOU do?

• Confers with customers about walk around inspection results, recommend procedures andprepare Repair Order for needed repair and maintenance
