Job summary

In The Heights Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional service staff member in Metro Manila to greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and present the check with grace.

You will maintain expert knowledge of the menu and beverages, handle special requests with tact, keep tables clean, and discreetly upsell specials and premium items to enhance guest experience and restaurant revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute all steps of service (greeting, order-taking, delivery, clearing, presentation of check) with grace, precision, and adherence to established dining standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, potential allergens, and beverage pairings (wine, spirits, cocktails) to answer guest queries confidently.
• Build rapport with guests, personalize the experience, and handle special requests or minor service issues with tact and professionalism.
• Ensure the dining area, assigned stations, and tables are meticulously clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the entire service period.
• Proactively and discreetly recommend specials, premium beverages, and other high-value items to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
