Job summary

NextBuild Marketing, a small US agency, is seeking a detail-oriented production specialist to own hands-on WordPress builds and SEO work. The role starts at 15–20 hours a week and grows to full-time as you take ownership of more work.

You’ll work on Elementor pages, GoHighLevel funnels, on-page SEO (Rank Math), technical fixes, publishing blog posts and GBP posts, building local citations, and QA checks via Basecamp.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on WordPress experience with live sites.
• Real local SEO experience using Google Search Console, GBP, Rank Math or Yoast.
• Ability to follow processes and ask clarifying questions.
• Clear written English communication.
• Availability to work 9am–12pm US Eastern on weekdays.
• Reliable internet with backup plan.

Responsibilities

• Build/update WordPress pages from briefs (Elementor).
• Create and manage funnels, automations, campaigns in GoHighLevel.
• Perform on-page SEO: titles, meta, headings, internal links, schema, image optimization (Rank Math).
• Fix technical issues: site speed, indexing, broken links, Search Console.
• Publish blog posts and post to Google Business Profile with photos.
• Build and clean up local citations.
• QA-check your work before handing off.
• Track progress in Basecamp with updates on every task.

JOB OVERVIEW

NextBuild Marketing is a small US agency that helps carpentry and remodeling companies get more leads from Google. We build fast WordPress websites, run local SEO, and manage Google Business Profiles for clients across the US and Canada.

We are looking for a detail-oriented production specialist to own the hands-on build and SEO work, so I can focus on clients and growth. This starts at 15 to 20 hours a week and grows to full-time as you take ownership of more work.

What you’ll do

• Build and update WordPress pages from written briefs (Elementor)
• Build and manage funnels, automations, and campaigns in Gohighlevel.
• On-page SEO: titles, meta, headings, internal links, schema, image optimization (Rank Math)
• Technical fixes: speed, indexing, broken links, Search Console issues
• Publish blog posts and upload Google Business Profile posts and photos
• Build and clean up local citations
• Check your own work against a QA checklist before handing it off
• Manage all of this in Basecamp, with clear updates on every task

You’re a fit if you

• Have 2+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, and live sites you can show
• Have real local SEO experience (Google Search Console, GBP, Rank Math or Yoast)
• Follow processes carefully, and ask questions when something doesn’t add up
• Communicate clearly in written English
• Can work at least 9am to 12pm US Eastern on weekdays
• Have reliable internet and a backup plan for outages
