Qualifications

Job Summary

We’re seeking someone to step in as a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist and manage our WordPress website while building out our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. The role ranges from routine site maintenance and security checks to creating landing pages and organizing course content inside GoHighLevel. This seat suits someone technically sharp, proactive, and comfortable working across both website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the WordPress website, including scheduling backups and running routine quality checks

• Monitor site security and run basic vulnerability checks

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates

• Publish new blog posts, videos, and other content updates on the website

• Build and manage GoHighLevel landing pages that support our online course offerings

• Upload recorded course modules into the GoHighLevel platform and organize them

• Set up and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows linked to the website and course funnels

• Provide general backend technical support so systems keep running smoothly

• Coordinate on upcoming website changes and course launches

Mandatory Skills
