Job summary

Tavor Perry is hiring a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist to manage our WordPress site and build GoHighLevel funnels and the course platform. The role covers maintenance, security checks, and creating landing pages to support online courses.

You will collaborate with a small, proactive team, troubleshoot issues, publish content, and organize course materials within the CRM/funnel system. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks.
• Ability to upload and structure course content in a CRM/funnel platform.
• Composed, meticulous, and self-reliant.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the WordPress website, including backups and routine quality checks.

We’re in the process of hiring a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist to manage our WordPress website and build out our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. The work ranges from routine site maintenance and security checks to building landing pages and organizing course content in GoHighLevel. This position calls for someone technically sharp, proactive, and comfortable working across both website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the WordPress website, including scheduling backups and running routine quality checks

• Watch site security and carry out basic vulnerability checks

• Troubleshoot and fix routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates

• Post new blog articles, videos, and other content updates to the website

• Build and manage GoHighLevel landing pages that support our online course offerings

• Upload recorded course modules to the GoHighLevel platform and keep them organized

• Set up and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows linked to the website and course funnels
