Job summary

eClerx Philippines is seeking an experienced Supervisor - SEO & SEO Web to lead a team of SEO Analysts and SEO Web Analysts. You will drive technical audits, on-page and off-page optimization, and oversee website builds and fixes while ensuring quality and SLA compliance.

The role demands strong coaching, performance management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional digital marketing teams to improve organic visibility and site performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, website development, or SEO-focused web delivery.
• At least one year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Duda.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalents.
• Experience managing teams in a metrics-driven agency, in-house, BPO, KPO, or digital marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SEO Analysts and SEO Web Analysts.
• Plan workload distribution, shift coverage, and daily priorities across teams.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, on-page/off-page optimization, and content updates.
• Review keyword strategies, site architecture recommendations, and technical SEO solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering SLA, quality, productivity, and trends.
• Coordinate with internal leaders and cross-functional digital marketing teams.
