Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in SEO, digital marketing
• Minimum 2 years experience in management
• Ability to lead a team of multiple SEO executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks
• Experience managing hourly projects from freelance portals

Responsibilities

• Should handle a team of SEO Executives
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business goals
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, delivering on time
• Make day-to-day operation decisions for team members
• Perform quality reviews on outgoing work for quality, accuracy and consistency
• Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies
• Review weekly and monthly reports to clients
• Ensure Monthly POA and commitments are delivered
• Act as subject matter expert for team, peers, and clients
• Take primary responsibility for technical audits and ensuring client sites follow SEO best practices
• Communicate project development, timelines, and results to team and management
• Assign work, commit the team to tasks, manage quality and people management activities
