Job summary

eClerx is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the combined SEO and SEO Web pods in the Local Search account. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, audits, optimizations, content updates, and website builds to quality and SLA standards.

You will coach analysts, manage performance, and escalate issues to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong leadership and hands‑on SEO/website development expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of SEO and/or website development experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO tools, Google Search Console, GA4, CMS platforms (WordPress, Duda), and website workflows.
• Strong people management, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in agency, in‑house, or BPO/KPO digital marketing operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop SEO and SEO Web Analysts while monitoring SLA, quality, productivity, AHT, and resource utilization.
• Oversee SEO deliverables, website builds/fixes, quality audits, and adherence to SEO best practices and client requirements.
• Own SLA performance, escalation management, process improvements, and operational efficiency across both teams.
• Prepare and present performance reports, client updates, and action plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support onboarding, training, and cross‑skilling initiatives.

The Supervisor is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of both teams — ensuring technical SEO audits, on‑page and off‑page optimizations, content updates, and website builds/fixes are completed on time, to quality standards, and within committed SLA. This role blends people leadership, performance management, and platform expertise and acts as the primary escalation point between the analysts, internal leadership, and the client.
