Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an SEO Specialist to develop and execute strategies that boost organic visibility and AI-driven search presence for clients. You will manage technical, on-page, off-page SEO and collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to drive measurable growth.

You will optimize Google Business Profile, monitor performance with GA and GSC, and stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and AI trends. This role offers WFH with night shifts and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional SEO experience.
• Proven expertise across On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO.
• Strong experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO audit tools such as Sitebulb or Screaming Frog.
• Experience optimizing websites built on Shopify.
• Knowledge and practical experience with GEO and AI-powered search optimization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building and domain authority growth.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align SEO with content.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings for local SEO.
• Monitor site performance with GA, GSC and other SEO tools and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend optimizations.

Your Role

As an SEO Specialist, you will develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility, website performance, and AI-driven search presence for clients. You will manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page initiatives, local SEO, and performance reporting while collaborating with content and digital marketing teams to drive measurable business growth.

Specifically, You Will

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve organic search performance.


• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities.


• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and site architecture.


• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend or implement fixes to improve crawlability, indexing, website health, and performance.


• Develop and manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building strategies and domain authority growth.


• Optimize website content for AI-powered search platforms and answer engines to improve visibility in evolving search experiences.


• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to optimize content for SEO best practices.


• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings to improve local search performance.


• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO platforms while providing actionable insights and recommendations.


• Prepare regular SEO performance reports, analyze trends, and recommend continuous optimization strategies.


• Stay current with SEO industry trends, Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging optimization techniques.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 3 years of professional SEO experience.


• Proven expertise across all three pillars of SEO: On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO.


• Strong experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Semrush, and Ahrefs.


• Hands-on experience with technical SEO audit tools such as Sitebulb or Screaming Frog.


• Experience optimizing websites built on Shopify.


• Knowledge and practical experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search optimization.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience using Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or other large language models (LLMs) to improve SEO workflows and content optimization.


• Experience working with luxury, premium, or high-end consumer brands.


• Familiarity with SEO reporting platforms such as Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools.


• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, structured data, and website performance optimization.


• Experience collaborating with content marketing, web development, and digital marketing teams.


• Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving search technologies and AI-driven search trends.
